1. Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide:

☐ Commercial Cleaning

All services will be performed as outlined in the booking confirmation or service plan.

2. Access to Property

Client must provide safe and reasonable access at the scheduled time.
If cleaners cannot gain entry, a lockout fee of up to 50% of the service cost will apply.
Keys or codes provided will be kept securely and used only for scheduled services.

3. Payment Terms

Residential: Payment is due on the day of service.
Commercial: Invoices are issued monthly, payable within 30 days.
Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Residential: At least 24 hours’ notice required.
Commercial: At least 48 hours’ notice required.
Late cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client must report any service issues within 24 hours.
The Service Provider will re-clean affected areas at no cost.
Refunds are at the Service Provider’s discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Secure valuables, fragile items, and pets.
Notify the Service Provider of hazards, restricted areas, or special instructions.
Hazardous materials, infestations, or unsafe conditions will not be serviced.

7. Liability

The Service Provider carries liability insurance.
Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.
The Service Provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage or incidental losses.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information will be collected only as necessary to provide services.
Access details (keys, codes) will be handled securely.
Information will never be sold or disclosed without consent.

9. Termination of Services

Residential services may be cancelled with 7 days’ notice.
Commercial agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur for repeated late payment, unsafe conditions, or harassment of staff.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington, USA.
