Refund Policy

At [Your Business Name], we want every client to be fully satisfied with our residential and commercial cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, this policy outlines your options.

1. Service Guarantee

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no extra cost.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • A scheduled service was not provided due to our fault.

  • A confirmed service task was missed or incomplete.

  • Damage occurred as a direct result of our staff (reported within 24 hours).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing conditions, damage, or heavy stains that cannot be removed.

  • Dissatisfaction based on preferences outside the agreed scope of work.

  • Lockouts, lack of access, or unsafe working conditions.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Residential: Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

  • Commercial: Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If cleaners arrive but cannot access the property, a lockout fee (50% of service cost) applies.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • In some cases, a service credit may be applied to a future booking instead of a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Emergency/same-day bookings.

  • Specialty services (carpet shampooing, post-construction cleaning, etc.).

  • Recurring service plans once work has started.
